Get your legs on the go with the MK Ramblers who have another three walks arranged for the coming week, starting on Saturday (June 18) with an eight and a half mile opportunity taking you through Woburn Park, Milton Bryan and Eversholt.

A day later (June 19) and they'll assemble at the Ouse Valley car park between Wolverton and Haversham for a walk a little more than seven miles long, via Old Stratford and Cosgrove. Call 07850 129005.
If you've still got the energy, the ramblers have still got the steps – an evening walk is set for Wednesday evening (June 22) departing from Caldecotte Lake car park, Bletcham Way for a five mile circular walk via Little and Bow Brickhill.
